1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewLinker™ at www.reviewlinker.io (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Eight Two Studio Ltd, trading as ReviewLinker (“ReviewLinker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReviewLinker.

2. Description of the Service

ReviewLinker is a tool for Amazon authors that provides:

Universal review links that route readers to their local Amazon marketplace based on geographic location.
QR codes for use in printed books and promotional materials.
Click analytics showing where readers come from and which Amazon stores they visit.
Back matter review pages that guide readers before redirecting to Amazon.
Custom URL slugs for branded, shareable links.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@reviewlinker.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, use false identity information, or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

ReviewLinker is offered on a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The features available on each plan are described on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise ReviewLinker to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

6. User Content

When you use the Service, you may provide content including book titles, Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs), custom URL slugs, and other settings (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By providing it, you grant ReviewLinker a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with Amazon’s terms of service and all applicable laws.

You acknowledge that changing a custom URL slug will break any links or QR codes previously shared under the old URL, and that ReviewLinker is not responsible for the consequences of such changes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Generate links that direct readers to fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content.
Infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our prior written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Use the Service to manipulate Amazon review counts or rankings in violation of Amazon’s policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these requirements.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of ReviewLinker or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service generates links that redirect to Amazon marketplaces operated by Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates. ReviewLinker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any Amazon marketplace or other third-party website.

We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Kit/ConvertKit (email marketing), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Sentry (error tracking), and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that redirect links will always resolve correctly, as Amazon marketplace availability may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReviewLinker and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReviewLinker in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50 (GBP), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviewLinker and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
